As a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in geriatrics, I have seen firsthand how overwhelming and fragmented the healthcare system can feel. Important details are often missed. Medications become confusing. Families are faced with difficult decisions—hospital discharges that feel too soon, choosing between rehabilitation or returning home, navigating assisted living options, or simply trying to understand how to safely age in place.

Nova was created to change that.
Unlike larger agencies where you may be handed off between multiple care managers, Nova is intentionally designed as a boutique, concierge practice. When you call, you speak directly with me.
