Services

Nova Geriatric Care Consultants provides geriatric care management consulting services. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute medical treatment or replace the care of licensed physicians or healthcare providers.

Engagement Agreement

A formal service agreement will be provided prior to the commencement of any paid services. The specific terms of each engagement, including scope, fees, and duration, will be outlined in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Nova Geriatric Care Consultants provides guidance and advocacy based on clinical expertise and best practices. Families retain ultimate decision-making authority regarding their loved one's care.
